Refund policy
Every order comes with a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not happy with your soulmate sketch or Soulmate Story, ask for a refund and we will return the full amount you paid. There is no time limit.

How to ask for a refund
Email support@sketchtheone.com and include:
- The email address you used for the order.
- Your first name.
- The date of the order, or your PayPal transaction ID if you have it.
You do not have to give a reason, although we are glad to hear what we could have done better.
How refunds are paid
We refund the full amount you paid, through PayPal, to the payment method you used. We process requests as quickly as we can. After that, PayPal and your bank decide how long the money takes to appear.
Nothing to send back
Your sketch and reading are digital files, so there is nothing to return.
If your order did not arrive
We deliver by email within 24 hours. If nothing has arrived by then, check your spam or promotions folder first, then email us. We will send your order again or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Before you open a dispute
If something went wrong, please email us before opening a dispute with PayPal or your bank. We will refund you directly, which is usually faster. Your PayPal receipt shows the seller name Solid Rankings.
One refund per order
Each order can be refunded once, for the amount paid for that order.
