Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are, and that the information you enter is your own.

What you are buying

An order includes one black and white, high resolution digital soulmate sketch and one written Soulmate Story reading, both created from the answers you give in the order form. They are delivered as digital files by email. Nothing is shipped by post.

For entertainment only

Our sketches, readings, calculator, quiz and zodiac guides are provided for entertainment. They combine astrology, numerology and similar traditions, which are matters of belief and are not supported by scientific evidence. We do not promise that a sketch resembles any real person, that you will meet the person pictured, or that any described outcome will happen. Nothing on this site is a substitute for advice from a licensed psychologist, lawyer, healthcare professional or other qualified expert.

Price and payment

The price is $37, paid once at checkout. There is no subscription and there are no recurring charges. Payment is processed by PayPal, and your PayPal receipt shows the seller name Solid Rankings. We may change the price for future orders, but never for an order you have already paid for.

Delivery

We deliver your sketch and Soulmate Story by email within 24 hours of your order, to the email address you enter. Please make sure the address is correct and check your spam or promotions folder. If nothing has arrived after 24 hours, email support@sketchtheone.com and we will send it again.

Refunds

Every order is covered by a 100% money back guarantee with no time limit. The details are in our refund policy.

How you may use your sketch

Your sketch and reading are for your personal use. You may save them, print them and share them with friends or on your own social media. You may not resell them or use them to advertise another product or service.

Using the site

Please use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it or copy its content in bulk. The text, design, tools and sample sketches on the site belong to Sketch The One and may not be reused without permission.

Disclaimers and limits

The site and the products are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no other warranties, and our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be limited where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
